Why Velocity exists
Most businesses do not need more AI ideas. They need one useful system that works.
New AI capabilities arrive faster than most companies can evaluate them. The result is often a collection of experiments, tools, and promises with no clear connection to the way the business operates.
Velocity Group starts somewhere more practical: a recurring piece of work. We look at the people, systems, information, decisions, and exceptions involved. Then we determine where an agent, integration, or better workflow can genuinely help—and where a person should remain responsible.
The question we begin withWhere does work slow down, lose context, or depend on someone remembering the next step?
How we show up
Clear thinking. Practical building. Honest boundaries.
- 01
We start with the operating problem.
We understand the workflow before recommending technology.
- 02
We explain what the system will actually do.
Responsibilities, handoffs, approvals, and exceptions are made visible.
- 03
We build for the people who will own it.
A useful system must be understandable, governable, and practical to improve.

Velocity Group
A business-first perspective
Built from a belief that technology should make the business easier to run.
Greg founded Velocity Group to close the gap between what emerging technology can do and what a business can use responsibly. His role is to help leaders make sense of the opportunity, choose the right first problem, and turn that decision into a working system.
That means being willing to say when AI is not the answer, designing human review into the moments that require judgment, and measuring whether the new workflow is actually better after it launches.
