WORKFLOW OPPORTUNITY SPRINT
Most businesses do not need more AI. They need to know where it can actually make the business easier to run.
The Velocity Workflow Opportunity Sprint examines one real workflow inside a business, identifies where time and effort are being lost, and determines what should be simplified, automated or supported by AI.
Founding client price
Regular pricing expected to increase as the service develops.Leave with a clear recommendation and implementation plan.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
01
A visual map of how the work happens today.
02
Identify what can be removed, simplified, automated, supported with AI or kept human.
03
Show how the process could operate with fewer unnecessary manual steps.
04
Identify what systems, automation or AI capabilities actually make sense.
05
Estimate time, capacity, response-time or other measurable improvements.
06
Show what should happen next and what Velocity would recommend building first.
THE VELOCITY METHOD
Remove → Simplify → Automate → AI Assist → Keep Human
Does this step need to exist?
Can the work be made easier before adding technology?
Is this predictable, rules-based work?
Does the work involve research, summarization, classification, drafting, interpretation or knowledge retrieval?
Does the activity require judgment, relationships, approval, negotiation, accountability or sensitive communication?
A WORKFLOW IN PRACTICE
Select a step to see how the work moves, and where a person stays in control. CRM means your customer relationship system.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
Assumptions: 25 inbound leads per week, 18 minutes of manual work per lead today, 6 minutes after redesign, and $45/hour illustrative employee cost. Annual figures use 52 weeks.
hours/year current manual effort
hours/year potential future manual effort
hours of annual capacity returned
At a $5,000 implementation cost: illustrative simple payback of approximately 5 months.
25 × 18 ÷ 60 × 52 = 390 hours. At 6 minutes, the same volume requires 130 hours. The difference is 260 hours × $45 = $11,700 of employee capacity. $5,000 ÷ $11,700 × 12 = 5.1 months.
This compares implementation cost with the estimated value of capacity. It is not cash savings or guaranteed ROI. It excludes Sprint fees, ongoing software costs and optional Managed AI fees.
These are illustrative assumptions used to demonstrate how Velocity evaluates a workflow. Actual results depend on the client's process, systems, volume and implementation.
